Our Story

Action Jackson is a high-energy, party dance band located in central Florida.  Their set lists are crafted to appeal to all audiences with a blend of easily recognizable songs from genres including doo-wop, funk, disco, hip-hop, soft rock, hard rock, and country.  With a catalog of iconic songs which are known to induce perma-grin, they are able to craft a custom show for any audience which is guaranteed to whip everyone into a dancing frenzy.

You may recognize Scott from local bands “The Core” or “Time Machine” or from the worship teams at Live Oaks Community Church. Scott has been in several bands and has opened for many headline artists over the years from Charlie Daniel’s to Pam Tillis. He recently retired from the music ministry and fronts this high energy Rock and Roll cover band. He combines his unique style with high energy and keeps you wondering what will happen next. Tiffany Jackson has been singing since a young age. She grew up singing at school, church, and local clubs. Since moving to Florida she has joined several bands and the worship team at her local church. She enjoys singing lead vocals, harmony, and learning to play the guitar. Singing at outdoor venues and music festivals are her dream come true and we are blessed to have her.

Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, T.R. Hill cut his teeth touring the Southeast with an original rock band at the turn of the century. After the road, he spent several years honing his ear and craft at a well-known Nashville studio, immersing himself in the heart of the music industry. Eventually, the sunshine and palm trees called him south to Central Florida, where he continues to lay down grooves with a steady hand and no-nonsense style. T.R. keeps it simple and solid behind the kit—no flashy solos, just the kind of drumming that holds everything together and keeps Action Jackson fans in the groove.

Tyler is by far the youngest member of Action Jackson, but don't mistake his youth for inexperience. He's been headlining bars, clubs, and even radio events across New England since he was 17. Tyler has played in several bands, has thousands of fans and followers on social media, runs a weekly game of "Boozy Bingo" at Sawgrass in The Villages, and has a great stage presence you will have to catch to appreciate. He is also a strong vocalist whose harmonies will have you wanting to sing along all night.

Felix Peoples hails from the Motor City where he kept himself busy as a studio musician, On-Air personality and Musical Director at 910am.  He was lucky enough to support many talented artist over the years, some you may have heard of, most your wouldn't want to hear at all!  In life, love and music, Felix, considers his role as one of selflessness and support. His enthusiasm and live performances help make him a vital addition to the action Jackson lineup.
